Data Deletion Instructions
Draft last updated: 29 September 2026.
Draft. The controller should confirm request handling, data scope and actual deletion schedules before publication.
1. Send a request
Email privacy@vesteri.com, preferably from the address associated with your account. You may use “Vesteri - data deletion” as the subject. Identify your account or provide enough information to locate your records, and specify whether you want all data erased, particular information removed, or your account closed as well. Do not send a password or an unsolicited copy of an identity document.
Controller: Time2Show, Inc., 1111B S Governors Ave STE 20579, Dover, DE 19904, USA. You may also send a written request to that address.
2. Identity verification
Where there are reasonable doubts about a requester's identity, additional verification may be needed. Information requested should be limited to what is necessary. Verification protects your account from unauthorised deletion.
3. Scope and consequences
Erasure is subject to the conditions in Article 17 GDPR, including data no longer needed for its original purpose or processed without a lawful basis. Closing an account, withdrawing consent or disconnecting an external app does not necessarily erase every record. Specify the scope of your request.
Deleting an account may end access to saved preferences and services. Information required by law or necessary for legal claims may need to be retained with restricted use. The user should be told what cannot be erased and why. Backup deletion must account for the actual backup rotation cycle.
4. Recipients
Erasure within the portal does not automatically remove data held by an independent recipient such as an agency. Under Article 19 GDPR, the controller communicates erasure to recipients unless this is impossible or involves disproportionate effort. You may ask who received your data.
5. Response and complaints
Requests should be answered without undue delay, normally within one month of receipt. In justified cases the response period may be extended by two months, with reasons communicated within the first month. This is not a promise that every data category will be deleted on one common deadline.
You may complain to Poland's President of the Personal Data Protection Office at uodo.gov.pl or another competent supervisory authority.
