Cookie Policy
Draft last updated: 29 September 2026.
Draft. Add a verified inventory of the technologies actually used and confirm the new portal's consent controls before publication.
1. Responsibility
The portal operates under the Vesteri brand. Controller: Time2Show, Inc., 1111B S Governors Ave STE 20579, Dover, DE 19904, USA. Contact: privacy@vesteri.com.
Cookies store or read information on your device when you use a service. Local storage, pixels and identifiers may serve similar purposes. The absence of a conventional cookie does not by itself establish that a technology needs no consent or processes no personal data.
2. Categories
| Category | Possible purpose | Activation condition |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, sessions and a function explicitly requested by the user | An exemption from consent only within the applicable legal conditions |
| Optional preferences | Additional preference storage | Consent where the feature is not necessary for the requested service |
| Analytics | Measuring portal use | Assess the specific technology; obtain consent where required |
| Marketing and profiling | Advertising measurement, content or audience selection | Prior consent to the extent required |
These categories are an assessment framework. The table does not confirm that any particular tool has been installed. Remove unused integrations from the final inventory.
3. Your choices
Where technologies require consent, they should remain inactive until it is obtained. Users should be able to reject, accept or choose categories without preselected optional consents. Withdrawal should be as easy as giving consent.
Before publication, verify how users open settings and change their choices. This document is not evidence that a consent panel has already been implemented. Necessary and optional technologies should be clearly distinguished.
4. Technology inventory and lifetimes
Before publication, add a verified table identifying each cookie or storage key, provider and domain, purpose, category, lifetime, data involved and any transfer outside the EEA. Cover the states before consent, after consent and after withdrawal, including logged-in users.
Do not assume that the new portal uses the same technologies, providers or lifetimes as Vesteri's marketing website. Also inspect embedded content, authentication, payments and connections to external services where present.
5. Browser controls and contact
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking technologies required for authentication may prevent account access. Removing browser cookies does not automatically erase information held on a server.
See the privacy policy for personal data processing and your rights. Send questions or requests to privacy@vesteri.com.
